How long does production take?

Production typically takes 1-2 business days on average, except for laser-cut personalized metal arts, which can take 5-10 business days.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

If it's been more than 1-2 business days and your order hasn't shipped, please note that our team does not work on weekends. If you ordered on a Friday after 3pm EST or over the weekend, expect your order to ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.

How long does shipping take?

  • USA (Standard): 5-7 days (Excluding Sundays90% of our packages arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date)
  • USA (Priority): 1-3 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • Canada/Europe/International (Standard): 5-14 business days
  • Canada/Europe/International (Priority): 3-7 business days (Available only in select regions)

Will I receive updates about my order?

You’ll get an order confirmation email right after you order, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, an out for delivery update, and a final delivered notification once your package arrives. If you don’t see our emails, please check your spam or promotions folder — and if they’re still missing, just contact us HERE and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I change my shipping or billing address?

If you need to update your shipping or billing address, please email us at support@worthisyou.com or text us at +1 (727) 513-8434 with the correct details, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order (like necklace type, box style, personalization, or quantity)?

Email us at support@worthisyou.com within 12 hours (for non-seasonal orders) or 3 hours (for seasonal peak orders) of placing your order to correct any details. Unfortunately, we can't make changes once the order has shipped.

How do I cancel an order?

We strive to process orders quickly for your convenience. If you need to cancel, please email us at support@worthisyou.com or send us a message HERE within 12 hours of placing your order for non-seasonal order, or within 3 hours for seasonal peak orders. After this timeframe, the order will be in production and cannot be canceled. For more details, you can view our cancellation and refund policy HERE.

Why did I receive a different box than the one shown in the ad?

We offer two box styles — our Two-Tone Standard Box and our Mahogany-Style Luxury Lighted Box. The box you receive depends on the option selected at checkout. You can double-check your order confirmation email to see which box type was ordered. If you believe you received the wrong one, just contact us HERE, and we’ll make it right.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier information. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page HERE.

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it — what should I do?

  • Check your mailbox or any other locations where the package might have been left.
  • Occasionally, packages may be delivered 1-2 days after the scheduled date. Your patience is appreciated!
  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number for a more detailed report.

How do I return an item or report a damaged order?

Why can't I get through when I call customer service?

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time. If you need assistance outside these hours, please email support@worthisyou.com or send us a message HERE, and we'll respond within 24 hours.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.) and PayPal for your convenience.
