Timeframe for Returns
- Return requests MUST be submitted within 72 hours of delivery for non-personalized items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., names, dates, specific sign-offs) are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please provide photos or videos to support your claim.
- Items cannot be returned due to customer error, so please ensure all customizations are 100% correct before placing your order.
Return Shipping and Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).
- A flat-rate $7.95 handling fee applies for returned units unless the issue was our fault.
Broken or Damaged Items
If any item arrives broken or damaged:
- Contact us at support@worthisyou.com with your order number.
- Provide photos or videos to support your claim.
- We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Seasonal Orders: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this timeframe, the order will be in production and cannot be canceled.
- Seasonal Peak Orders: Due to increased demand and high processing volume, the cancellation window is reduced to 3 hours during seasonal peaks.
Refunds Policy
- Once approved, refunds—whether due to returns, cancellations, or other applicable situations—will be processed to the original payment method within 2 to 10 business days.
- Please note that payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay impose non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7%. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if your order value is $125 and PayPal charges a 4.5% fee, the refund amount will be $119.38
Personalized Products
- We do not accept returns for personalized orders unless the item is defective or damaged. However, we may offer store credit or discounts up to 50% off as a goodwill gesture in exceptional cases.
Order Issues and Customer Errors
- Items cannot be returned due to customer errors in customization. However, if you notice a mistake, please notify us within 12 hours (for non-seasonal orders) or 3 hours (for seasonal peak orders) of placing your order.
- If an order is placed with an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.
- For message card replacements:
- Requests made within the allowed timeframe are FREE of charge.
- Requests made after the allowed timeframe will incur a replacement fee of $19.95 if the order has already entered production.

Holiday and Seasonal Peak Policy
- During the busy holiday season, delays may occur due to increased demand, high volume or unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for delayed deliveries caused by weather or carrier-related issues.
- Please note that our operations may be closed on certain holidays, which could result in delays in processing orders or customer support responses. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact our support team at support@worthisyou.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
